Addressing objections is like error handling in coding - obstacles and roadblocks certainly happen and catching them gracefully prevents the program from crashing and burning.

Delayed intuition when used properly combines the best parts of methodical data gathering/processing, and the more mysterious "can't explain how I know this but I do".

That time when our team encountered a charming and smart candidate who accepted our offer but ended up double(?) dipping and going to a different company instead. Something was off about the way he answered some of the behavioral interview questions, but I didn't speak up because I couldn't explain my reasoning and everyone else on the team liked him...
